Candidate experience survey

Our mission is to cultivate an extremely positive candidate experience. For all candidates that interact with us – be it a phone screen, code pair, or onsite interview, we send out a survey to solicit feedback on what went well and where we could have done better. While responses are completely anonymous if one so chooses, candidates also have the opportunity to provide us with their contact information for a chance to win a $25 Amazon gift card! Every quarter, the recruiting team will do a deep dive into the results and discuss as a group what our opportunities are and what actions we commit to taking to be even better next quarter.

We also ask candidates the following question- “How likely is it that you would recommend Mythic to a friend or colleague?” Based on the responses received, we have an overall net promoter score of +79 to date, which is fantastic! Going into 2022, we will aim to continue to provide a strong candidate experience – come interview with us and see for yourself!

Virtual happy hour and mixology course

On December 10, Mythic will be partnering with an outside firm to host a virtual mixology course.  Our event organizer will be walking us through the steps of making a classic favorite – the mint julep!  Options will be made available for non-drinkers so all can enjoy and participate fully.

 

Secret Santa exchange

Since COVID put a damper on our in-person holiday plans two years in a row, we have decided to enjoy the holiday festivities a different way and host our first virtual secret Santa gift exchange!  Those that opt-in will be matched up with a recipient and can ship from the latter’s wish list and mail gifts directly to the recipient.  Gifts will all be received prior to the Christmas holidays and will be opened up all together in a virtual event.
